Bonnie has been described as having an ability to make people feel comfortable in stressful situations due to her warm, genuine nature.
Bonnie offers support and planning as employees or students who have been on a medical or compassion leave, or are returning to the workforce after layoff, can learn to manage their return to work or school. This return may create some feelings of anxiety, stress, mixed emotions, and fear of relapse. Bonnie can work through this with you to help you to feel more prepared and confident. Discussions to explore what is needed to physically and emotionally prepare for these changes can enhance a successful transition.
Presentations and Workshops:
Bonnie offers engaging and interactive online presentations and high performance team trainings on a variety of topics including: mental wellness, developing health and workplace balance, resilience building, farm worker mental health, stress management, transition planning into or out of school or work and working with individuals with disabilities.
