Anxiety, depression, stress, grief/loss, burnout or anger are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. All Therapy session payments are due at the time of service through E-transfer payments or cash.
A receipt will be provided after the session ends. Direct billing to your Insurance provider is not currently available.
Individual sessions (1 person): $140/hr Couples and families $165 to $175/hr
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

Group Therapy: Throughout the year small groups will be offered to address anxiety, communication, changes in families (due to family member's health, an injury, separation, loss), self-esteem and confidence building, transition planning. Check the website for more information as they are scheduled.

Equine-assisted psychotherapy (EAP) joins humans and horses for on-the-ground activities (which does not include horse riding) during the therapeutic process. By noticing the movements and actions of the horse, you can also notice your own approach to your interactions with others, communication style, boundary setting, leadership style, patience, compassion.
EAP helps to develop self awareness, mindfulness skills, awareness of your life patterns and choices that are no longer serving you well.
