Anxiety, depression, stress, grief/loss, burnout or anger are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. During the therapy sessions you will be treated with respect and go at the pace you are most comfortable with.
In therapy you can learn to develop a new perspective on your situation and create individualized coping strategies to help you to meet your personal goals and feel more in control of your own thoughts, feelings and emotions.
