In therapy you can learn to develop a new perspective on your situation and create individualized coping strategies to help you to meet your personal goals and feel more in control of your own thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Bonnie offers a variety of treatment approaches including Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Bonnie's primary focus is to empower individuals to become aware of their inner strengths by providing a neutral safe space, listening to the primary concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

Bonnie has been described as having an ability to make people feel comfortable in stressful situations due to her warm, genuine nature.
Bonnie offers support and planning as employees or students who have been on a medical or compassion leave, or are returning to the workforce after layoff, can learn to manage their return to work or school. This return may create some feelings of anxiety, stress, mixed emotions, and fear of relapse. Bonnie can work through this with you to help you to feel more prepared and confident. Discussions to explore what is needed to physically and emotionally prepare for these changes can enhance a successful transition.
