Counselling to meet your needs.
As we all navigate through the challenges of the Global Pandemic, Bonnie can work with you to develop strategies to manage any anxious and nervous feelings that this may trigger. There are more stressful situations and unpredictability now, which can have a noticeable impact on both physical and mental health.
Bonnie will be glad to meet with you for a phone or video appointment to address these concerns, at a time that works best for you. Bonnie serves residents of Ontario.
There will not be any Group Therapy sessions offered in person until further notice.
"I wish you and your family good health. Please don't hesitate to contact me through phone or email if you would like to arrange an appointment or are looking for additional supports and information as we all try to navigate our way through this challenging and unpredictable time. "
